When testing the unit we found that the pre-existing pipes were not connected correctly and water was flowing out underneath the deck. The guys took it upon themselves to remove the decking, fix the piping issues and place the decking back on.

"I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the excellent service we had when Sean came to give us a quote on having our pool solar heated. We were impressed with his manner and care in providing us with an understanding of the heating system and consequently went ahead with the installation.
On 6th January, 2 very nice workmen turned up in the early morning and worked all day in the exceptional heat. They finished in the late afternoon and everything was left immaculately around the worksite which included part of the garden where they had to remove pebble stones and then re-lay them after the pipes went down. They also kindly fixed two of the roof tiles that the solar tubes were going on which was very much appreciated.
We have been enjoying our pool so much more. In fact, I now go in the pool 3-5 times a week, especially in the evening when it feels like a tepid bath. Before the installation, my family couldn’t get me in, even during the Summer days, without a great deal of encouragement (just too cold as we have an enclosure over the pool that blocks a lot of the heat). Our children and grandchildren are loving it too.
All your staff went above and beyond and I wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent service we received from them. We will certainly recommend you to our friends and if you ever need a verbal referee, just have them call me as we have been thrilled with the whole process and outcome."
